House Rules
Keep it fun, keep it respectful
These are Winslow's family properties. Treat them like your own home — actually, treat them better.
Party favors
IMPORTANT! Do NOT leave baggies, shovels, spoons or any paraphernalia visible. Groundskeepers, maids and others may come in at any time. If it's seen Winslow will lose access to houses and possibly his job.
Cleanup
When we leave there CANNOT be any party favors or paraphernalia behind. If you do, Winslow will murder you.
Furniture & Decor
Be careful with furniture, decor, etc. If things get broken, Winslow has to pay for it. This is my family's house, please be respectful. If you see something broken prior, let Winslow know.
Clean Up After Yourself
Kitchen, common areas, outdoor spaces. If you use it, clean it.
No Shoes Inside
Leave shoes at the door. Slippers or barefoot inside.
Quiet Hours
11:30pm - 7am. Be mindful of neighbors and anyone sleeping.
Guests & Visitors
No outside guests without Winslow's approval. Diamante is a private community and outside guests need to be on the list at the front gate, as well as handover ID
Beach Safety
NO swimming! Pacific side has dangerous riptides.
Trash
Take trash out when full. Garbage bins are in front of Estate 45, in a small alcove in the landscaped area.
Lock Up
Lock doors when leaving. Don't lose your key or access card.

We're here to have an incredible time. Be cool, be respectful, and let's make memories that last a lifetime.
